An old farmhouse surrounded by greenery used as a restaurant, family-run for over 20 years. The simple and genuine cuisine makes rediscover flavors and recipes of those peasant traditions and culture now almost forgotten. The main feature of the restaurant is the huge exposed grill. Cooking with real wood embers enhances the flavor of the meat. Every evening you can taste excellent pizzas cooked in a characteristic wood oven (the pizza made with whole wheat flour is worth trying). The Valserena restaurant has a large internal room made out of an old stable, as can be seen from the yokes attached to the walls and the animal feeder that runs along the entire wall.
